Ingredients:  
1 c. crushed strawberries (or anytype of fruit of your choice)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together, and put in a glass bowl.
Microwave 4 minutes, and stir. And then microwave 2 more minutes. Let cool, and then eat!

I have made this jam with fresh raspberries..it is sooo good! You can also make a lot and freeze it for later! Enjoy
