1 1/2 lb top round or flank steak
8 tomatoes
3 Tbsp oil
1 c beef stock
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp accent
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp corn starch
1 cloved garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into 1/8 inch thin slivers, and cut each tomato into wedges (6-8) pieces. mix soy sauce, starch, and accent in 1/4 cup water and set aside
Place oil, salt, pepper, ginger and garlic in hot skillet, add beef, stir 4 minutes, then add tomatoes, stock, and starch mixture and stir carefully so that tomatoes will not break up, and continue stirring until juice thickens smoothly .
Serve over hot rice
