1/2 lb. cheese - grated
1/2 cup cream
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tbsp. baking soda
salt and paprika to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add grated cheese, soda, salt, paprika and
finally the egg diluted with cream. Stir all well in double boiler
until smooth and creamy. Serve on bread lightly buttered or
on toast or saltines.
