2 lbs. green pepper
1 1/4 lb. top sirloin or flank steak
1 tsp accent
1 1/2 c beef stock or 2 beef bouillion cubes dissolved in 1 1/2 cups hot water
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic minced

Directions:

cut beef into 1/8 inch thin slivers. cut each pepper diagonally into 8 pieces, mix starch, accent and soy sauce into 1/4 cup cold water, set aside. Place oil, salt, black pepper, ginger, and garlic in hot skillet, add beef, saute 3 minutes, add green pepper, mix well, add all ingredients except starch mixture, mix thoroughly, cover and cook 6 minutes, then add starch mixture, keep stirring until juice thickens smoothly. Serve over hot rice
