2 1/2 lb ground beef
2 large onions cut-up
4 cloves garlic minced
8 oz tomato paste or 16 oz crushed tomato
8 oz water ( no water if using crushed tomatoes)
3 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp accent
1/2 tsp tabasco or hot pepper sauce
4 cubes beef bullion
1/2 c hot water (for bullion)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp thyme
2 cans kidney beans
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 canned jalapeno diced

Directions:
brown beef and onions til crumbly, melt beef bullion in hot water, add all other ingredients including beef bullion to the beef. cook about 10 minutes, then add 2 cans kidney beans. Cook til it boils, it is ready to eat or the longer it cooks the better it taste. Serve with shredded cheese on top.

I use 1 can of black beans and 1 can of kidney beans instead of 2 kidney beans.
this has a lot of spices, but is a wonderful chili, if you don't like it spicy don't use jalapeno.
