2 pkgs. broccoli
1 1/4 cubes margarine or butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. onion salt
2 qt. milk
1 can chicken broth
1 c. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions. To make sauce; melt margarine and then add flour and onion salt. After thickening is make, slowly add 2 quarts milk and 1 can chichen broth. Stir until no lumps remain. Add 1 c. (or more) grated sharp cheese and cooked broccoli. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve over baked potatoes. Will re-heat nicely.
