1 beef chuck roast
1 c. ketchup
1 c. barbeque sauce
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped onions
rolls or buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in roasting pan. Combine all remaining ingredients, pour over beef. Cover and bake at 300º for 4 to 5 hours or in a crock-pot cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred beef with a fork and use buns to make sandwiches.
