2 8oz salmon filets
4 oz. white wine
4 oz butter
1 lemon
4 oz. Muenster Cheese grated 4 tsp. dill
1 tbsp Dijon
8 shrimp shelled, deveined and cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in baking dish skin side down. Cover with wine, butter and lemon. Spread mustard evenly on top of each filet. Cover pan with foil and bake at 400º for 8-10 mins. Remove, cover with cheese and dill. Place in oven til cheese melts.
Place shrimp on top and serve.
