2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
4 tablespoons baking cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda

Frosting:
1/2 cup margarine
4 tablespoons baking cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 pound confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
in a pot bring to a boil 2 sticks margarine, 1 cup water and 4 tablespoons baking cocoa.
Remove from heat and add to mixture 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat in 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Bake in a greased cookie sheet (171/4x11 1/2x 1)or jelly roll pan ( this works best) in 375º oven for 20 to 25 mins. Take from oven and spread frosting over cake while cake and frosting are still warm.

Frosting:
Bring to a boil 1/2 cup margarine, 4 tablespoons baking cocoa, and 6 tablespoons milk. Remove from heat and add 1 pound confectioners sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
