32 oz. thawed hash brown potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
crushed corn flakes, or crushed ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together all of the ingredients except the corn flakes and 1/2 of the butter. Pour into a 9x13 pan and top with crushed corn flakes 9 (as few or as many as you like)
and drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake for about 1 hour.
