Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated pizza crust
2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese, divided
1 ounce fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, pressed
4 fresh plum tomatoes sliced thinly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Using lightly floured dough and a rolling pin, roll out pizza crust onto a 12"X15" baking stone or cookie sheet. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of mozzerella cheese and set aside. Using a cheese grater, grate parmesan cheese. In a bowl, combine remaining mozzerella cheese, parmesan cheese, basil and mayonnaise. Mix well. Using garlic press, press garlic over cheese mixture, mixing well. Arrange tomatoes in a single layer over mozzerella cheese on crust. Spread cheese mixture over tomatoes evenly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.

Personal Notes:
A pizza stone works well for this but I have used a cookie sheet too. Also, you can use any tomatoes you have, the plum tomatoes work well because they aren't so juicey.
