1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can durkee french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can durkee french fried onions. Pour into a casserole dish and bake for 30 minuets. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
