Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe

Beef roast,
1 yellow onion,
8 to 10 garlic cloves,
Dill weed,
Dill seed

1 can cream of mushroom soup,
2 tsp. browning sauce,
2 T. corn starch

Using a slow cooker or crock pot:
Place 1-1/2 cups to 2 cups water in slow cooker
Slice one yellow onion into rings and place in water
Place beef roast on top of onion slices in water
Select 8-10 cloves of garlic and peel
Using knife, slice slots into roast and evenly place garlic cloves
Cover roast with dill weed and then dill seed
Roast on low all day or night for at least four hours

For gravy:
Remove meat, drain juice into saucepan (ensuring onions removed)
and heat
Add can of cream of mushroom soup, two tsp. browning sauce and mixture of two T. corn starch shaken with water
Heat to boiling and thickness reaches your satisfaction

Side options include: Mashed Potatoes, Rice, Noodles or Toast
