1 14.75 oz. can red or pink salmon
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice (or to taste)
2 tbsp. white horseradish (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, carefully removing all skin and bones. in
a medium bowl, combine salmon with the whipped cream
cheese. Mix by hand thoroughly. Add the lemon juice and
horseradish. Mix.
Mixture MUST be refrigerated for at least 6 hours (overnight is
even better). Serve with crackers.
