1 lb. Cod fillets
1/4 C margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. white pepper, Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into serving size pieces.
Mix margarine and lemon juice.
In another dish mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dip fish pieces into butter mixture and then coat with flour.
Place in a greased (use margarine) 8"x 8"x 2" dish.
Pour remaining margarine/lemon mixture over fish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered @ 350º for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
