14 to 15 lb turkey
10 lbs charcoal
Basting sauce:
1 cup wine (any kind)
1 cup water
1/4 cup melted butter
whole rosemary leaves, crushed
fresh garlic smashed.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat coals until hot; move coals to side and place foil pan or old bread pan in the bottom. (Note: if using foil, don't let any of the coals touch the pan or it will burn a hole into it.)
Fill pan with water (Keep full during the cooking time)
Put turkey directly on grill, and close lid keeping the vents on the bottom all the way open. Open vents on the top 1/2 way.
Baste with sauce every 1/2 hour. Cook for 3 hours, or until meat thermometer reads 180º.
During last 3/4 hour, pour remaining basting sauce in cavity.

This is really good B turkey. I know you can make this on a gas grill, you'll just have to adjust accordingly the cooking.
