1 c. Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
2 T Butter or Margarine
1/2 c Hot Milk
2 Eggs
1 c. sugar
1 t Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add butter to milk; keep hot. Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored, about 3 minutes at high speed on mixer. Gradually add sugar, beating constanly at medium speed 4 to 5 minutes.
Quickly ad sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in hot milk mixture and vanilla; blend well. Pour into greased 9' round pan 15 minutes; remove to rack.
