5 lbs or 9 Large Potatoes
6 oz Cream Cheese
1 c. Dairy Sour Cream
2 t Onion Salt
1 t Salt
1/4 t Peper
2 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and mash. Add remaining ingredients and beat until real fluffy. Cover and refrigerate; use within 2 weeks. Put in casserole and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Must stand at least a day before reheating to achieve desired flavor.
