2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. (3-4) egg whites
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º (maybe as high as 340º, depending on
oven). In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder,
cocoa and egg whites. Add walnuts and coconut. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheets. Bake
10-15 minutes.

A soft, yummy, light cookie, rich in
chocolatey flavor. Don't know how this cookie got relegated
to only being made at the holidays, but that's the only time of
