1 Fresh Ham

Directions:
Directions:
Put ham in large pot with rack in bottom, skin side down, have pot 1/2 full of water. Boil til juice is clear when you stick a fork in, if juice is pink, ham is not done. Let cool in broth. Put ham on platter skin side up. Remove skin and sprinkle with black pepper. You can add a little salt when boil ham if you like. Use broth to cook vegetables in.
