1 c. Boiling Water
1/2 c. Margarine
1c. Flour
4 Eggs
1/4 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
To boiling water add margarine and let it melt; add flour and salt. Stir until it goes away from sides of pan. Add eggs 1 at a time. In heaping tablespoons drop on cookie sheet or muffin tins. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Then turn down to 325º for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and split. Turn oven off and put cream puffs back in oven to dry out. About 20 minutes.
Fill with ice cream or pudding.
