1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1-2 packets taco seasoning
water
1 can fat free refried beans, optional
11 oz. can Green Giant Mexicorn corn
3 c. chili cheese corn chips
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings such as sour cream, lettuce, etc. if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and mix in taco seasoning to taste (with water). Stir in refried beans if desired. I usually use about half a can. Heat oven to 375. Spread half of meat mixture in sprayed 8x8 baking pan. Drain corn. Top beef with half of corn, stir lightly. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 c. chips. Top with remaining beef and corn; stir slightly. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover baking dish; sprinkle remaining chips and cheese on top. Bake uncovered an additional 8-10 minutes or till cheese is melted. Serve with desired toppings.
