1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Sorghum
1/2 c. Shortening
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Ginger
1 Egg
2 c. Flour
1/4 t Salt
1 T Baking Soda in 2 T Hot Water

Directions:

Form the dough in small balls. Dip each one in sugar. Flatten a little in the pan and bake in 325º
