1 c. butter,
1 c. sugar,
2 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
2 c. flour,
Fruit of your choice,

Top layer:

1 ¾ c. cream,
4 eggs,
½ c. sugar,
1 heaping T. tapioca
Cinnamon and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour. Put in jelly roll pan and spread by hand or top of spatula.

Put on a layer of well-drained fruit or fresh fruit.

Beat well the cream, eggs, sugar, and the tapioca. Pour over fruit. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
