15 oz pkg(2 crusts) piecrust
1 T Cornmeal
1/2 lb Italian Sausage/Pork Sausage
5 oz Frozen Spinach
4 oz Mushrooms Stems & Pieces
2 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz can Pizza Sauce
1 t Milk

Directions:

Sprinkle cornmeal on 9" pie pan. Transfer 1 crust to the prepared pie pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese onto the bottom crust. Cook sausage until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Pat dry and stir in spinach, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese. Pour half the pizza sauce over the cheese in the pie pan; Pour the meat mixture over; top with another 1/3 of the mozzarella and remaining sauce. Top with remaining 1/3 mozzarella. Cut slits in the remaining crust. Place crust on filling and seal edges. Brush with milk. Bake in a 425º oven about 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
