1 c. butter
4 squares baking chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
Frosting:
1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
dash salt
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt together the butter and baking chocolate. Blend in the sugar, flour, vanilla and eggs till smooth. Cook this batter in a waffle iron. Frosting: Mix together the brown sugar, cocoa, shortening, butter, milk, and salt and boil for one minute. Add 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar and quickly spread onto the cookies.
