2 c. oil
6 eggs
6 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 t. baking powder
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. salt
4 c. zucchini

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350º for about one hour.
