2 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Carob Powder
2 1/2 t Baking Powder
1 1/2 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
1 t Cinnamon
3/4 c. Margarine
2 c. Sugar
3 Eggs
2 c. Grated Zucchini
2 t Grated Orange Peel
2 t Vanilla
1/2 c. Milk
1 c. Finely Chopped Walnuts

Grease tube pan. Combine 1st 6 ingredients and set aside. In large bowl with mixer, combine margarine and sugar. Add eggs and continue to beat. Stir in zucchini, orange peel and vanilla. Alternately add dry ingredients, milk and nuts. Pour into pan. bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Frost as desired. (Cream Cheese Frosting)
