3 c. Cooked Sweet Potatoes
1/4 c. Margarine, Softenened
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 T Milk
1/4 t Salt
Large Marshmellows
Crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sweet potatoes, margarine, brown sugar, milk and salt. Form a sweet potato ball around a large marshmellow. Roll each ball in crushed corn flakes. Place in baking pan.
Bake at 425º for 5 to 10 minutes. They are done when marshmellow begins to ooze.
