2 c flour
1/4 c poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c softened butter
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease 12 muffin cups. Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add this mixture to dry ingredients & mix with rubber spatula just until combined. Bake until inserted toothpick comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
