4 c. Diced Apples
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Nuts
2 Eggs Beaten
2 t Vanilla
1/2 c. Oil
2 c. Flour
2 c. Baking Soda
2 t Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar, nuts, eggs, vanilla and oil. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to apple mixture. Mix until blended. Put in a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 350º for 1 hour.
