1/2 cup sliced onion
1 tablespoon minced parsley
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 cup sour cream
5 cups canned green beans, drained
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs mixed with 2 TBLS. butter

Cook the onions and parsley in butter until tender but not brown.
Add the flour, pepper, salt and lemon peel. Add the sour cream
and mix well. Stir in beans and pour into a buttered 2 quart
casserole. Top with grated cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated 400 oven for 20-30 minutes or until
cheese melts.
