1 # ground beef made into meatballs
3 med potatoes sliced
3 carrots sliced
1 onion sliced
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Place all meatballs in casserole dish. Alternate layers of onion, carrot, and potatoes with soup. Salt and Pepper to taste. Bake 375 º for 1 1/2 hours.
