Chicken - cut into pieces
2 medium onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2-3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour - fry in vegetable oil till brown. Remove. Add sliced onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add ketchup, water, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Place chicken in baking dish - pour sauce over - bake uncovered in 325º oven 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is done.
