1 whole purple cabbage
Apple cider vinegar to coat (to taste)
Pinch of sugar
1 1/2 tsp Celery salt
2 or 3 tbsp mayonnaise
4 oz Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola crumbles
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage. Put in large bowl with just enough vinegar to coat, not too much in bottom of bowl, just a tiny bit. Toss in sugar, celery salt, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes. Then toss with mayonnaise and cheese crumbles.
