2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream
2 T. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick and pecans. Add cream and stir until a soft dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Use a floured 2 inch biscuit cutter to cut out dough. Transfer biscuits to a greased baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter. Bake 7 to 10 minutes, until light brown.
