3 egg yolks
2 c water
1c sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1 large lemon

Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, flour and water. Add lemon juice. Cook on top of stove till thick. stirring all the time, when thick pour in baked pie shell and top with meringue from the 3 egg whites that have been whipped with 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 350º til brown.
