blueberries 2 pints
lemon juice 1/2 lemon
butter 2/3 stick
Quaker oats (one minute) 1/4 cup
flour 1/2 cup
dark brown sugar 3/4 cup

Directions:
Rinse 2 pts. blueberries and pour them into a glass baking tray (about 8x8in). Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour and brown sugar. Place butter (slightly cooler than room temp) in bowl and slice it into small pieces (about 1cm x 1cm), folding it into the dry ingredients. The idea is for the butter to be evenly distributed and not very soft.

Sprinkle crunch mix on blueberries. Proportion of mix to blueberries can be varied according to individual preferences. Bake in pre-heated oven at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Cool somewhat before serving or you will not enjoy your yummy dessert.

Personal Notes:
I have never made this with anything other than fresh blueberries during blueberry season (July/August) and don't recommend trying it with frozen blueberries.
