1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup uncooked orzo
2 cups diced and seeded tomato
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup red onion
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 lb med shrimp, cooked and peeled

-Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl

-Stir well

-Cook orzo according to package, omitting salt and fat

-Drain well

-Add orzo and remaining ingredients to vinegar mixture and toss well

-Cover and chill
