For cookies:
3 oz cream cheese
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
For filling:
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For cookies:
Mix ingredients together at room temperature. If it's a little too mushy, add a bit of extra flour. Roll into balls and mold into cups (if you don't have long fingernails, you can use your thumb).

For filling:
Mix all ingredients together and fill in the cup of the cookie.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
