1 1/4 lb almond paste
3 egg whites unbeaten
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp flour
Pignoli nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grate almond paste and mix remaining ingredients, then refrigerate overnight. Roll into 3/4" balls and roll in Pignoli nuts. Place 3 cookies across on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. After baking, remove immediately from the cookie sheet.
