6 eggs
2T. oleo
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. cheddar shredded
1/2 c. bacon bits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Grease 10 1/2 round au gratin pan or glass round 9.5" pan.

In med. bowl with hand beather beat eggs, milk, butter and s&p.

Pour into pan and sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly on top.

Bake 20 min 'til golden brown.
