1/4# unsalted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
9 oz bittersweet chocolate - chopped
1 oz unsweetened chocolate - chopped
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tbsp Grand Marnier
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350º. Butter and flour a 10" tart pan with removable bottom. In a medium sauce pan, over moderate heat - combine butter and sugars, cook stirring constantly till butter is melted (4-6 minutes). Combine bitter and unsweet chocolates in food processor - process until finely chopped. Add hot butter/sugar mixture and process 15 more seconds - scrape sides of bowl and add eggs and vanilla - process to combine - 10 seconds. Add flour, salt, walnuts, Grand Marnier, Pulse briefly 10 times just to mix. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake 25 - 30 minutes - till toothpick inserted in center will come out moist. Do not overbake. Remove sides of pan and cool on wire rack.
