1 large can of pineapple
1 stick of oleo
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt pineapple and oleo on top of stove. Remove from stove and add flour, sugar, soda, salt, eggs, and sour cream. Beat with wooden spoon. Pour into floured sheet cake pan. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
