8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can refried beans
Picante Sauce
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can chili (with no beans)
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients on oven safe platter or casserole dish in the order above. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes and serve hot with chips.
