2 6-oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 t. pepper (or to taste)
1/4 t. oregano (or to taste)
1/2 t. Tabasco sauce
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 T. chopped parsley
1/2 t. salt (or to taste)
4 eggs

Drain artichokes, saving marinade from one jar. In marinade,
saute onion. Cut up artichokes. Beat eggs and add crumbs
and seasonings. Stir in remaining ingredients and adjust
seasonings to taste. Turn into 7x11 (or 9x9) greased pan.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Let cool a little before cutting
into squares. Can be served warm or made in advance and
refrigerated. Bring up to room temp before serving.
