1T. butter

1T. flour

1 lb. corn, frozen

1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. whipping cream

3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan and slowly add flour, making a roux. Set aside.

2. In a large skillet, on medium heat, mix corn, milk, cream and sugar, until warm.

3. While corn mixture is warm, add roux and heat to simmer. Serve warm.
