3/4 cup shortening, (1/2 butter - 1/2 shortening)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Blend liquids. Add dry ingredients. Chill one hour.
Roll to 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 6 - 8 min.
