8 large baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pt. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Cover with water in large pot and boil until potatoes are fork tender.

Drain potatoes well and place in large bowl or pot.

Start with 1 cup cream and whip until fluffy. Add more cream if necessary.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
