Quick Sauce:
1 to 2 tablespoons dry pizza sauce mix
1-6 0z. can tomatoe past
6 oz. water

Dough
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or
2 cups whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup white flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup comfortably hot water (120º to 130º)
2 Tbsp. oil

1 cup cooked baby shrimp
1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 chopped onion, cook with ground beef above
1 4oz can mushrooms, drained
1 2-1/4 can sliced olives, drained
1 green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 8 oz. can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1 cup shredded skim mozzerella cheese
1 cup sliced broccoli or cauliflower, microwaved 3 min.

Mix pizza sauce mix, tomato paste, and water. Let stand while preparing dough. Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water and oil; mix well. Cover bowl, and let sponge 10 min. Add remaining flour as needed to make a soft dough. Knead 5 min. Let dough rest min. Use a pizza roller to roll out dough on a lightly floured greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Dough should be 1/8 inch thick for thin crust and 1/4 inch thick for thick crust. Spread dough with sauce and add desired toppings. Bake in a 500º for 10 to 12 min for a large pizz or 5 to 7 min. each for medium or small pizzas.
